Cupcake relief

Jap.. hari ni nak meroyan jap. Sikit jer.

First of all, dalam nak maki hamun, biar aku first of all start with puji sikit.

To TM Point kat Klang, korang service memang best. Walaopon kekadang kena tunggu giliran sampai berejam sebab ramai orang... biasalah tuh. Also to TM Point Taman Desa yang baru-baru nih menjadi persinggahan aku nak register phone line dan Internet account tuk company pon - you guys rock sebab semua pala gila leh layan senyum dan gelak sambil actually getting work done.

So sapa aku nak laharkan?

Sesapa pengguna Streamyx, pernah tak try call Customer Service TM yang besh sangat?

Siang tadi I had to call them to request info pasal my acccount etc. I swear, they have the most moronic staff on customer care side sebab yang layan aku bangang gila. Not only he sounded like he was reading out of a manual (which we know they always do), English entah haper tak paham bahasa bila orang cakap, and langsung tatau apa apa.

And the supervisor on duty pon sama bangang. Menyusahkan hidup orang sebab nama je customer care, tapi the care part tuh entah ke celah mana perginya.

Seriously, if not for the TM Point people who make my life easier kan, rasa nak sumpah ranah campak je Streamyx aku ke luar tingkap.

Susahkan aku nak lari balik ke TM Point Taman Desa. Thanks Alfred for making it easier with the layanan yang paham masaalah orang nak rush sana sini tanpa much masa to spare. Rasa appreciated sikit jadik customer.

To folks at TM, please bitch slap those f**king idiots at the careline department or whatever you call them because right now, they sound like secondary school dropouts with about as much courtesy, PR and language skills of... well.. it'd be too rude for me to compare them to anything, sebab aku rasa no one sehina meka nih.

Paying customers don't need shit from switchboard monkeys, and TM punya customer service are just that. Honestly...

Ok... before moving on. One more issue.

Ada yang tanya aku kenapa remove link Hafiz FC. Simple je... nothing to do with anything personal.

It's the only site which has NOT linked me back. No one gets a free ride, plus with Akademi Fantasia over, even my community service of redirecting fans is over too. Plus a few other factors which, I think if anyone bothers to ask, I would explain.

In a day or two, ALL Akademi Fantasia links will be gone, and only those who reciprocate traffic will be linke dthrough my referrer. Which means, you link me, there's traffic from you to me, aku balas with a link automatically. I see a few fan clubs da balas link and siap rating tinggi lagik in my referrers section... so I hardly see that as a problem.

Kenapa takde info or pics baru Hafiz?

Sebab satu, blog aku bukan blog Hafiz, secondly, aku kan update or publish stuff based on my life. So kalao aku tak jumpa sebab dak tuh busy, takkan nak gedik cari dak tuh nak amik pics nak post sini kan? Nanti ada lak yang kata aku nak tumpang glamer (walaopon blog aku idop five years da)

Nanti jumpa aku update la... sama ngan any of the kids. Tuh je.

Macam-macam.. kowser la drama swasta bagai about any of these.

Anyway... eh.. smalam tak sempat post pics. Last night gi dinner ngan Faz to catch up. Yerlah, minah tuh sibuk shooting Lagenda Budak Setan, selain dari packed schedule Anak Wayang. So just chilled at delicious kat 1 Utama and melantak (love the duck confit, Faz hanya baham Caeser's salad je).

Then sambil borak, jalan-jalan cari makan, she stopped over to pick up some 'dessert' and I grabbed.. cupcakes. Yeap, me like cupcakes a lot. Matilah!

We wanted to catch a movie, but the only thing watchable was Night At The Museum 2, which she'd already watched (BOO!!!) so spent time borak je.

Hari ni letih sikit. Letih bukan banyak keja. Letih tunggu orang. Dari layan contractor Streamyx yang nan ado muncul, sampai electrician aku yang nan ado wat keja beribu alasan. Matilah korang bagik aku melangut seharian. Abang Bad dropped by the office for a look see, and then Juan came in the office.

Pas settle semua, we popped to Hartamas Square melantak. Tengah cita, tetiba ada orang familiar muncul. Rupanya Akim, Rini dan Ajib dari Murai kebetolan drop by makan pas abih function. We were joined by a couple of guys later pastuh pon. Ingat nak gerak awal tak jadi...




So sesi anyam ketupat la... (gosip la). Si Akim layan chat kat fan club dia nya site. Rajin dak nih. At least ada masa tak gak lupa fan. Heh... sapa kata dia tuh besar pala?

Lepak lewat gak la... sampai mata aku da berat. Arghhhh... ni nak face another day of installation and stuff yang buang masa aku je sebab contractor semua janji cam sial. Aduh...can't wait to get this shit over with and move on with real work.

I totally agree ngan u psl CS @ Streamyx...kalau guide baca manual baik x yah...bergayut punya lama but @ d end no solution...buat ati panas jer ada...

Joe, I setuju 100% ttg TM. Tapikan, lebih baik u hamun dia orang kat dlm newspaper ker haper. Kat sini kut kut dia org tak baca...

Chekdenoor, nak kan citer aril g kat kakjahku punya blog. Ada link dlm joe punya page ni. Ataupun gi kat mforum.cari.com. Belambak gambar kenduri kesyukuran aril n wan.

huehuehuheue..... TM memang bangang bab customer service. tapi aku akui TM Point Taman Desa dan Klang memang besh! sapa kata meka tak baca... heh! aku letak sebab ada yang baca tuh.

actually TM outsource Customer service to VADS. Mostly the problem wif cust care ni staff high turnover. susah nak train. Org TM klu ada masalah call cust care pun rasa mcm nak hempuk2 je budak yg jawab call tu. treat kita mcm kita ni bengong sgt... tapi tu la, TM gak yg dpt nama buruk...

korang ye la.. cbe korang jadik CS gak.. Korg tau pe? Customer pun bangang2 gak tau x? ktorg kna gak ikot rule.. korg kalo keja ps2 ada orang luar suh wt bkan2 yg lggar ethic keja cmna? tp tol gk la major probs sbb high tonover la.. yg agent amik keja 2 plak nak makan duit jar.. har3.. But first thing customer is always right
